Susan Kelley, RN, MS, NEA-BC, is a lifelong resident of Arizona and loves the southwest. She started her healthcare career at age 16 as a Nursing Assistant, became a Licensed Practical Nurse, and worked in Critical Care Nursing at Banner University Medical Center for many years.

She was the Director for Critical Care Services including one Trauma Intensive Care Unit, two Open Heart Units, one Trauma Neurosurgical Unit, and 60 beds of Intermediate Care. She continued her nursing education and completed her Master’s of Science from Arizona State University. She served as CNO for John C. Lincoln in Sunnyslope and led the hospital to become designated as a Magnet Hospital, the first in Arizona. Most recently, Susan was the CNO for the Abrazo Maryvale Hospital.
Susan has two college students – a daughter and a son.
