The Purchased Referred Care Department provides appointment scheduling for patients eligible for Contract Health Services (CHS). Federal guidelines and eligibility criteria require that all bill paying services must be coordinated through the Managed Care Department. Patients who are on AHCCCS/American Health Plan are also provided appointment scheduling services.
