The Customer Services Department (CS) promotes collaborative partnerships, information sharing, and the importance of treating patients and their families with dignity, kindness and respect. The CS Department provides cultural sensitivity, diversity, and awareness education training. These principles are designed to educate employees about the Gila River Indian Community, other tribal nations, and the diverse cultures that exist at Gila River Health Care.
