Lezah is a Board Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. After several years working as a Registered Nurse, she wanted to expand her education and skill-set by going back to school to become a Nurse Practitioner. Lezah graduated from Arizona State University in May, 2018 with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice specializing in Women’s Health. Having performed many clinical rotations at Gila River Health Care, it was her goal and dream to work with GRHC after graduation 

Lezah feels blessed to be working with GRHC and is excited to begin her career with such an extraordinary organization. Lezah’s family is very important to her and consists of her daughter, husband, and large extended family. She enjoys running, hiking, and snowboarding in her free time and is always looking for new challenges. Lezah is looking forward to working with the Gila River Community and the GRHC team!
