Martha was born in Honduras, Central America and has been living in Arizona for the past 42 years. She developed an interest in obstetrics early in life, observing her mother and other neighborhood midwives attending to single, twin, and triplet deliveries, no anesthesia, of course, but lots of encouragement. Martha lives with her partner, Paul, and their two small children, they enjoy out door activities and traveling.
