Request for Proposals
It is the policy of the Gila River Health Care (GRHC) to obtain competitive proposals where possible on all product and services used by GRHC. RFP notices are mailed or delivered to prospective bidders and displayed on any applicable web sites, including but not limited to the GRHC website. All proposals received are evaluated on the basis of quality, service, and compliance with specifications, price, and Indian preference.

RFP: Temporary Modular Office Units
Proposals should be emailed to the Procurement Officer, Dalila, at DAJANOVIC@GRHC.ORG and to Contracts@grhc.org, no later than 5:00PM Arizona Time, February 12th, 2026. Late bids will not be considered.
RFP: Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital ER Security Desk
Emailed proposals are due at Gila River Health Care, no later than 5:00 PM Arizona Time, October 8, 2025. Late bids will not be considered.
RFP: The Caring House (TCH) Camera Upgrade Project
Proposals should be emailed to the Procurement Officer (Dalila Ajanovic & dajanovic@grhc.org) and to Contracts@grhc.org, no later than noon Arizona Time, June 16th, 2025. Late bids will not be considered.
