EMS Professional Standards – Training Division

Formally under the direction of Division Chief Char Dillenbeck (retired), the goal of this Division is five fold:

1. Ensure our standards in pre-hospital care exceed minimum standards and train our EMT’s and Paramedics to these high standards.
2.  Ensure credentialing compliance.
3.  Improve patient outcomes through CQI.
4.  Hire, train and retain quality employees/providers.
5.  Provide community education and public relations.
